Dear
Alumni,
Since
1959, Brandon Hall has been evolving into one of the country's foremost
schools that provide an opportunity for learning in small group
and even one-to-one classes. It has been a school that has affected
and often changed youngster's lives by affording them the structure,
the organization, the accountability, and the study skills that
could lead to further success. Today, we still provide these elements,
but we have diligently worked to enhance the educational environment
with the following:
- A more nurturing environment with experienced, well-qualified, and caring administrators
- A faculty that embraces the mission of the school and works closely as a team in helping young men and
women achieve their academic and personal goals
- An
environment that creates a positive dormitory life with
activities that allow for choice, diverse interests,
and faculty who take the time to listen, to offer advice, and
to assist with homework
- A
school in which more and more students elect to remain and graduate
- A
sense of real achievement (Georgia Independent
School Class A State Winners in Drama 2004, 2005 and 2006), (State GISA
Class A Wrestling Champions), Region Soccer Champions.
We
invite you to share your stories of then and now, your suggestions
for an even better Brandon Hall, and your memories of those teachers
who helped make a difference in your life. You may email us at pstockhammer@brandonhall.org . Moreover, we hope
you will come and visit the campus. Our Director of Alumni Relations
Bill Moore (bmoore@brandonhall.org)
would enjoy giving you a tour. Our quarterly publication Currents
will contain an alumni section of those students who either attended
or graduated from the school. We also would like to set up email
bulletins for our alumni by year or groups of years. The reputation
that Brandon Hall maintains today enhances even more the integrity
of your diploma. We want to hear from you.
